CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
Your notes.
A useful next draft.
Turn job or meeting notes into a structured customer update. Check the facts, prices, and commitments.
Your business. A new kind of possibility.
Practical AI. Personal guidance.
More time for the work—and life—that matters.
Built for established owners.
No technical background needed.
A simpler way through the everyday.
Your knowledge is the foundation. AI helps with the first pass. You stay in control of the final result.
A few job notes. The customer’s question. The facts that only you know. No need to start from a blank page.
Living room repaint
Use reusable instructions to organize your notes into a draft. Missing details stay visible for you to check.
Here’s the plan.
Check facts, commitments, and tone. Make the changes it needs. You decide what’s ready—and what gets sent.
Confidence comes
from checking.
A fictional painting-job example. Explore each step.
Small changes. Everyday possibilities.
Start with one task you know too well. Turn your experience into a repeatable process you can actually use.

WEEKLY UPDATES
Bring supplied progress notes into one consistent summary of what’s done, what’s next, and what needs a decision.
PAPERWORK & DOCUMENTS
Organize supplied documents into a usable summary, with missing details flagged for a person to check.
Possible starting points. We confirm what fits your tools, information, and pilot scope before work begins.
Built from an owner’s perspective.
QOQAI is being developed from the founder’s experience using AI while running a painting business. Understand the work. Simplify the repetition. Help the person doing it feel confident.
We’re building our first consulting offer. Results will be measured with each client; we haven’t published client savings or success claims.
Your first pilot.
Personal setup and coaching for you and up to two staff members, using one existing tool ecosystem.
Proposed payment: $750 to start, $750 at the agreed handoff. Client software subscriptions are separate.
Ask about a pilotSend an inquiry to discuss fit and availability.
Understand · 45-minute kickoff
Map your current process. Agree on the inputs, output, quality checks, and how we’ll measure the time it takes.
Build · Test with your examples
Set up one repeatable process with reusable instructions or templates. Compare real examples and work through corrections.
Teach · 60-minute handoff
Practice together, then complete at least one fresh example independently. Leave with a written guide and an honest measurement summary.
Includes up to 60 minutes of support across three requests during the 14-day pilot, within six total consultant delivery hours. The proposed support response target is two business days. Extra work needs an agreed scope and price.
You provide suitable examples, attend both sessions, and record 3–5 baseline runs plus at least 5 assisted runs. At least one handoff run is independent; recurring-use projections need at least three independent runs. Time savings are a result to test, not a guarantee.
Make the time tangible.
Try your own assumptions. Count the full effort—including preparation, review, corrections, any wait that prevents other work, and upkeep. This is a planning estimate, not a promise.
Illustrative net time returned
About 2 hours 20 minutes each week after 20 minutes of upkeep.
How you use that time is up to you. Time returned is not automatically cash saved or extra revenue.
(Current − assisted minutes) × frequency × use rate − weekly upkeep
Starting numbers are illustrative. Annual figures assume the same workload and adoption throughout the selected weeks. One-time setup and training, fees, and software costs are excluded; a full business case should include them.
A new beginning.
Three choices. A useful starting brief you can keep. Think of it as preparation for a conversation about your business.
The calculator and starting brief stay in this tab. Downloading saves a copy to your device. The separate inquiry form sends only its fields and any brief choices you choose to include.
Your starting brief
This is a planning brief, not a scope agreement or confirmation of suitability. The pilot’s fit, availability, and terms still need review.
Let’s start a conversation.
Tell us what keeps taking your time. We’ll review your inquiry to see whether one focused AI pilot could be a useful fit.
No technical background needed.
No payment or booking at this step.
One real task is enough to start.
Please share a general description. Leave out passwords, financial details, and confidential customer information.
Received by QOQAI.
Your inquiry has been saved for QOQAI to review. We’ll use the email you provided to respond when we review it.
This is an inquiry receipt, not a confirmed booking or payment.
The information you submit is stored in QOQAI’s website inbox so the owner can review and respond. Notifications about inquiries are sent to the owner’s business email. Other visitors cannot view your inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.
The calculator’s numbers and downloaded brief are not sent. If you check “Include my business type, task, and time goal,” those three selected choices are sent with your inquiry. Hosting providers may keep technical visit and security logs. To request a correction or deletion, send a new inquiry mentioning your reference.
A few good questions
You need to know your work and be willing to practice. The pilot is designed around personal guidance, a short written process, and tools you can learn to use. We check the fit before starting.
The first pilot uses a manual trigger and human review. You retain control over facts, prices, decisions, and anything sent to customers. We start with one useful process you can understand.
No. We measure the full effort before and after, including corrections and review. A pilot can reveal that a process needs revision or is not suitable. You receive the agreed setup, guide, training, and measurement summary; the outcome is documented honestly.
Large migrations, complex integrations, unattended customer communications, specialist decisions, and whole-business transformation are outside this offer. We agree on one task within one existing tool ecosystem and a six-hour total delivery allowance.
Before client work begins, we agree on access and suitable examples and use only the information needed. The account owner keeps control of their tools and approvals. The starting brief stays in your tab. The separate inquiry form sends the details you enter to QOQAI; its information-use notice explains what is included.
Your inquiry is saved for the owner to review and respond to at the email you provide. We discuss your task, fit, scope, and availability before agreeing to a pilot. The $1,500 fee and pilot terms are proposed; sending an inquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation.
Your next chapter starts small.
